Wood Signs: Block Part 1

1/30/2021

I am currently obsessed with block signs. To be fair, it seems to be the decor of the season. Every time I decorate my house a new holiday/season, block signs are all I see in terms of wall/standing decor. So, one day I figured, "why can't I make these?" As it turns out, I so can, and so can you.

Supplies Needed:
- Wood blocks of all sizes (you can purchase all kinds from Amazon)
- Paint
- Paint brushes
- Stencils, stickers, wood shapes and letters, etc. to decorate
          - If using wood shapes, you'll need gorilla glue to glue to sign

Note: if you have a Cricut machine, you can use vinyl to decorate, as well. For supplies, you need: Cricut machine, vinyl, transfer tape, weeder and scrapper.

Steps to assemble:
  1. Paint the wood block your desired color.
  2. Decorate as desired using the stencils, stickers, wood shapes, cricut vinyl, etc.
  3. Display proudly
